Stephanie's Story
"By investing in female athletes today, we are building the leaders of tomorrow."
Stephanie’s journey is one of resilience, vision, and leadership. After dedicating several years as a stay-at-home mom, she entered the workforce following her youngest son’s life-changing medical condition. Over the past nine years, she has held diverse roles across multiple organizations and now serves as the Global Vice President of Decision Support Center of Excellence (DSCOE) at Aristocrat Gaming, a multi-billion-dollar technology company. In this capacity, Stephanie has transformed the DSCOE from a concept into a global powerhouse in under eight months. Her strategic leadership and data-driven approach have consistently optimized revenue, maximized profits, and driven critical business decisions, positioning the DSCOE as a cornerstone of Aristocrat’s global strategy.
In addition to her role at Aristocrat, Stephanie is the visionary founder and CEO of Her Competitive Advantage (HCA), a groundbreaking platform that is rewriting the playbook on how top female talent is discovered, developed, and hired. HCA dismantles the systemic barriers that have limited access to female athletes, unlocking direct pathways for them to rise into high-impact leadership roles. By connecting organizations with a powerful talent pool of current and former collegiate female athletes—who exemplify resilience, discipline, and teamwork—HCA fills a critical gap in the workforce, giving companies access to an untapped source of leadership potential.
As a former collegiate athlete, Stephanie intimately understands the unparalleled attributes these women bring to the table. Despite research showing 94% of women in the C-suite and 93% of women making over $100,000 per year played competitive sports, a staggering 75% of collegiate female athletes graduate without a job, compared to the national average of just 4%. HCA is changing this reality, positioning these athletes to break through barriers, unlock opportunities, and bring fresh, diverse leadership to organizations ready to invest in their future. These women aren’t just exceptional hires—they’re the game-changers who will propel organizations to new levels of success.

Stephanie’s impact extends beyond her professional life. She and her husband, Adam, are raising three children—Cash, Paisley, and Taj—while actively contributing to the Las Vegas community through philanthropy and youth sports. Stephanie's passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion fuels her mission to inspire others to realize their potential, pursue their passions, and create lasting, positive change in the world.
